About the Role:

As the Scrum Master for the UX/UI Team, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team operates efficiently to deliver high-quality designs on time. You’ll work closely with the Product Lead (UX/UI), designers, and developers to remove blockers, foster collaboration, and maintain a smooth workflow. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Agile project management while contributing to an innovative product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work with the Product Lead (UX/UI) to ensure the team understands priorities and delivers on sprint goals.
• Remove blockers and resolve conflicts to keep the team focused and productive.
• Foster collaboration between the UX/UI team, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and continuously improves its processes.
• Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Support the team in maintaining a healthy work environment and a sustainable pace.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working with design or development teams is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a bonus.
