About the Role:

As the Product Lead (UX/UI), you will own the UX/UI product backlog and define the vision and roadmap for the user experience and interface. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure the final product meets both user and business needs. This is a unique opportunity to gain leadership experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for UX/UI.
• Manage and prioritize the UX/UI product backlog based on user research, feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Lead and development team to ensure designs are technically feasible.
• Guide the UX/UI team (UX/UI Team Lead and Designers) in aligning with user-centered design principles.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all features align with the overall brand and business strategy.
• Partner with the Scrum Master and UX/UI Team Lead to deliver designs effectively and on time.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for user-centered design and creating intuitive, engaging user experiences.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Previous experience in UX/UI design, product management, or a related field is a plus but not required.
