About the Role:

As the Engineering Lead, you will own the development product backlog and define the technical vision for our app. You’ll prioritize tasks related to architecture, security, scalability, and user-facing functionality, ensuring the tech stack aligns with business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain leadership experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for the app.
• Manage and prioritize the development product backlog, balancing the needs of the UX/UI team and business stakeholders.
• Ensure the tech stack and infrastructure align with business goals and product needs.
• Collaborate with the Product Lead (UX/UI) to ensure seamless integration between design and development.
• Guide the engineering team in best practices for software development, scalability, and security.
• Ensure alignment between product needs and technical feasibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with modern tech stacks, architecture, and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub).
• Previous experience in engineering leadership or a related field is a plus but not required.
